To call within Japan, both local and long distance, just enter numbers like this: 0063 (World Link's carrier code), then the area code, then the phone number.
Calls to mobile phones in Japan are entered the same way, except the mobile phone number already includes what looks like an area code.

The carrier code identifies the company you're using to make a call.
Area code
For domestic calls in Japan you must include the initial 0 of the area code.
